Viewfinder: Blurred Edges

This picture features Humayan’s tomb, one of the massive 16th century Mughal monuments nestled in the heart of New Delhi, India.

The palace is reflected in one of the aqueducts leading to the monument’s center. While the photo looks like it was taken in the early morning fog, it was actually taken in the middle of a bright, sunny day—the surrounding city’s dense pollution blurred the edges of the tomb’s dome.
