A Grand Stand

Davidson Womens Basketball

Senior Sophia Aleksandravicius has rewritten the Davidson women’s basketball record book this year. At Furman Jan. 15, she became the program’s all-time leading scorer and now holds all-time marks in points, rebounds, made field goals and free throws, as well as blocks. This season she reached more than 1,000 career rebounds to become the first women’s player, and third player at Davidson, to have more than 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds for a career. In March, she became the first Wildcat to earn a second  Southern Conference Payer of the Year honor. Also pictured is  team-mate Dakota Dukes ’16.
