A Super Bowl victory party? No, but the occasion was just as joyous for Phi Delta Theta fraternity members who won the annual Greek Week flickerball championship. Played for the first time under the lights on the new artificial turf of Smith Field, the tournament concluded a week of competitions among the 14 campus fraternities, sororities, and eating houses. Events were intellectual and philanthropic as well as physical. Games included trivia, three-point shooting, a “Newlyweds” game, and “Penny Wars” that raised money for the International Justice Mission. The Phi Delts won the men’s division Greek Week crown for the third year in a row, while Connor House won the women’s division for the second straight year.
